Try shooting manual, increase your ISO to between 400 and 800, and use WB "Cloudy", under expose about 2 stops. You could also shoot A and negative .7 - 1.0 EC for same result. Play with it and see whether you can get accurate, but vibrant colors. The yellows and oranges will pop.
You are shooting from a tripod? Good, and keeping shutter speed up is also good. Maybe f5.6 will be good as well, though nothing wrong with f8.
