shutter button location for minimal camera movement
6 months ago
|
This is a generic question for any camera.
When I have a camera pressed against my face to take a photo, if I press a shutter button on top of the camera, it generates undesirable vertical movement as I push the button down. Conversely, if the shutter button in on the front of the camera, I would generate minimal lateral camera movement by squeezing the button towards my face. The less camera movement when taking a photo, the better. Therefore, why don't camera manufacturers place the shutter release button on the front so we have less camera movement when we take our photos? Is it me or the camera manufacturers who are overlooking something obvious?
