D7000 in Continuous AF Mode with 16-85VR for fast action!

I usually never shoot in AF-C Continuous mode and usually don't shoot fast moving objects, so i never really payed attention to the AF performance and reliability when tracking fast moving objects. I did a BASIC AF test for fast moving object here. I know many ask if this camera is good for birding and a bunch of other stuff, and others complain that the AF is not very accurate or consistant. I was at Disneyland and all though i didn't have a fast lens or did not took actual photos of flying birds(because there weren't any), i did test the camera for tracking people during some pretty fast rides that were MOVING all over the place.
In the bellow photos the camera did track two of the men that you see there IN FOCUS, one is the guy with the grey shirt inside the tea cup and the other the guy in the dark blue shirt. I kept tracking them during the entire ride and the camera AF, to me, it performed VERY GOOD, with no complaints from my part considering that the light wasn't that great either. I also tracked some fast moving bubbles that were flying all over the place and the camera was grabbing the one and same bubble. My personal findings is that the AF will work very well on flying birds and other fast moving subjects. I give it two thumbs up!
I did have the dial set to CH for the fast continuous high burst.
