DP1 Merrill shots and a question

Hi All,
Well, I made the move and got myself the DP1 Merrill. I used to have the DP1s and was prepared for some, shall we say, Sigma quirkiness. I bought it to use solely in good light at low ISOs. I have to say, it has really surprised me in a good way. It has a lovely weight to it and I think that really helps get sharp shots at slower shutter speeds. Also, the auto focus is as fast as my previous compact cameras such as Panasonic LX5 and Ricoh GRD III. Adjusting aperture in A mode is smooth and quick, as are other parameters I need to reach quickly. All in all a really pleasing and positive start. It is just the Sigma Photo Pro software, which slows things down.
I never thought I would say this, but my question is about sharpness and maybe too much of it! I have processed all my pics with sharpening on 0 before saving as a 16 bit Tiff. I've seen a couple of posts where people use -2 for sharpening. So is 0 really 0, or does it have some sharpening? Thank you in advance for any advice.
It has been raining since I got the camera, so I have only had the opportunity to go out and grab a few shots to get acquainted with everything.
Enough talk, now some photos:

C & C Most welcome.
James
