You can use lenses with OIS on the E-M5, but you'll prefer the IBIS

OIS is not a property of the body, but a feature of the lens! so "PENs" do not have any OIS...
m4/3 system provides lens with OIS (from Panasonic) and body with IBIS (from Olympus).
If you use a lens with OIS on the E-M5, you can choose between using IBIS or OIS. I have some Panasonic zooms, but I prefer to turn off OIS on the lens and use the E-M5 IBIS. It seems more effective, I didn't feel the necessity to test it against OIS.
(with the 20mm f1.7 and E-M5, I can shot hand-held with so low light that my naked eye doesn't see anything...)
