How far can I crop before losing resolution on a 4x6 print ?

Thanks for all of your feedback. Appreciate it. The challenge I have is that I don't have controls on what people will be printing or not. I'm not a pro, but I like photography and I make everything I shoot available for family and friends. I know some of our friends like to print and I wanted to give them the best experience I can provide. Cheers mate!
