Hate to admit it, but I have the AF issue. Going to make a case with Nikon. Any advice?

a tiny blessing, I guess   Good luck with the AF issue. And, FWIW, a customer of mine was having an issue with AF with his D800 and a AFS24-70/2.8 and took it to Nikon who, after checking it out, discovered there was an issue with his lens .... something about focusing sensor in his lens?
