NEX 7 camera wobble on tripod

I've a nex7 and I'm currently using a Sirui k 10 x ball head with quick release plate. The problem is the camera wobbles on the camera plate due to it's skinny profile. I'm assuming I need to buy a Really Right Stuff L plate camera mounting system. Is this the best solution and product? I don't mind spending $120
