Re: John, Win or MAC OS?

Thanks for your interest and help.

The problem has been in the actual print but the preview has shown an exagerated effect to the print problem.

I have been trying several things including printing from my lap top and this looked OK but not perfect as the screen calibration is out of date.

However just a few minutes ago I reconnected my 3880 to my main PC and tried again after reading jtoolmans post. The preview still showed as over saturated but this time the print was perfect!!!!

So the problem may be solved regarding the print, not too woried about the preview.

I am keeping my fingers crossed and will try a few prints this evening, I still have no idea what has been going wrong but the last print was identical to the CS4 print of a few minutes earlier.

Thanks again chaps and thank goodness we have the knowledge pool within the forum,

Regards for now

John B.
