Best NEX Camera for Action Sports

So I been doing some searching for lenses. How would this setup work for me?

Nex 6 + laea2 adaptor + sigma 50-200mm lens (link below)

Would it fit the camera? I chose the sigma lens because of the optical stabilization due to the fact that the regular amounts by sony do not have that correct? Anyway would this setup be ideal for shooting the kiteboarding shots?
