Need help with my D60

After surfing and reading posts for years I finally became a member and need help...  I am a total  beginner and hope to learn the basics with the Nikon D60 then get something more advanced once my skills have improved.

I have misplaced the guide for and cannot figure out how to get this graph off the screen so that I can review the pics.  I have gone through the menu options on the camera and it shows up everytime I want to view a pic I just took.

I know this is a basic question for some but I am just starting and hoping I don't get flamed for asking.
