how do you clean your lenses?

We all have our own methods.   How about looking at what a pro shop does?   Lensrentals cleans every lens and camera when it is returned from customers, and that equipment tends to be treated rougher than average.    They posted a nice description of the way they clean things, the equipment and supplies they use and why:
