In dim resturant settings I'd say i'm getting about a 60-70% hit rate (with the 35mm 1.4), the remainder are nasty red focus boxes
When it locks on, its very accurate. Ensuring you target the area of most contrast in your shot and then quickly recomposing gives best results.
Its not super speedy to focus, it'll never be an OM-D. But the image results are brilliant. If your human subjects are kind enough to pause for a moment and give you a little smile/pose you'll love it. Documentary style shooting... not so much
