Fuji S5 question(s)

I just got an S5 (it arrived today).  I currently use an X Pro, X100, and D700.  I rarely use the D700 since I got the X Pro.  Does anyone have any suggestions/advice for the S5 settings and processing?  The three lenses I will probably use the most are the Nikon 24mm F1.4, 35mm F1.4, and 85mm F1.4.
