Re: Question for those practiced in using focus peaking

Right now I´m shooting events and wedding with my C3, and my manual Canon FDn lenses are my choice for 90% of the pictures.
In example, for people dancing on a party, I use to find a balance to choose a DOF that alow eme a couple of meters of focus zone, based on my position against the people.
So, I just manual focus trying to get the more amount of peaking points on in the area I want and shoot.
Some times, if I´m close framing a portrait, I use Manual Focus Assist (the zooming for fine focus) and adjust the fine tuning.
And to help avoid blur, I always use the camera on my Monopod, plus my Yongnuo 560 on top bounced filling on rear flash, so the subjects appear crisp and clear even in movement.
I frooze the action with the flash.
On these days I will upload some pics to my webpage.
