Ballhead release type?

lever should be quicker, release knob safer but at the end of the day it's more about personal preference than what's better or worse

I work with Arca-Swiss compatible ballhead(s), at this moment it's Sirui head, Benro plates and Kirk L-bracket. Sirui uses release knob and I'm fine with that, but there are Arca-compatible clamps that use levers. so it's not the system but specific head/clamp.

why did I chose the system? Sirui had great reviews and very affordable price. on the other hand I had Benro plates already and I like them more than what Sirui makes. all is perfectly Arca-Swiss compatible which is the most important matter here
