ZD 150mm on E-M5 : the Prisoner's Eye
|
Made a quick visit to the Zoo on a dreary day yesterday.
I took my E-M5 but just one lens: the ZD150mm F2. It handles well on the camera (with grip), but I feel a bit uneasy about hanging all that weight just froms straps attached to the grip and camera, so I carried the combo mostly with the lens in my hands.
Anyway, here is a result I wanted to share. The owl caught my eye. It's probably just imagination, but I thought he looked sad.

Technically, sharpness and general IQ is beyond reproach with this camera-lens combo. The fine feathers look great.
For a much larger version, visit the gallery and use the slideshow option : it makes the image fill your monitor as big as your computer will allow.
