Patent for GRD zoom lens?

Could this be a little bit of good news? GRD zoom lens, or GXR module?

If the quality of the lens is good and the camera is compact and it has phase detect windows and is not ridiculously expensive (not a lot to ask I know!), I think that I'd buy one...
