Natural Colors from DP1M/DP2M ?

Loving how sharp and detailed every pics posted here of the DP1M/DP2M are looking.  Am conflicted about getting a DP2M.  The one problem is that I really dislike the Sigma colors.  Yellow and orange will seem fluorescent while most pics seem to have that murky 1970/s film look to them. None of the colors seem very nice, and all of the colors seem off.

Question: does the new update of SPP considerably improve to color output? Can SPP be tweaked to make colors more true-to life? Or, do you guys export a TIFF to Adobe and use a color profile to get things right?

This is NOT a troll about Sigmas color. Please, no chestbeating flames stating "Sigma's color is perfect."
