You can set basically ten presets with the F3. The wheel around the center button (I'm in apature mode as I do this) has four settings: top, bottom, left, and right. Top toggles the display to bring up the histogram. Bottom brings up exposure compensation. Apparently those two are defaults. You can then program the left and right of the wheel, the bottom button (the top button always brings up the menu), and the center button inside the wheel. That button can be programmed to do five things. You could set ISO anywhere in here you like. Once you have the ten presets (eight you have set plus the top and bottom defaults on the wheel) set like you like them, you rarely have to go into the graphic menu structure.
