LR 4: apply relative exposure compensation
Nov 2, 2012

Due to hard drive failure, I needed to reinstall Windows 7 and after it came back from the repair centre I bought LR 4 to process my holidays pictures of Iceland. After a couple of days I finished processing all 1000 or so pictures.

When I printed one picture I realized that most  of my pictures I changed the exposure for most, maybe all pictures too much since I did not change the computer/monitor settings after it came back from the shop. The monitor is super bright so I overcompensated the exposure of most pictures. D'oh

Is it possible to apply like relative +0.3EV compensation to all the pictures in a folder? This has to be done relatively compared to previous exposure compensations.

I am correct that the SYNC button just overwrites the values?
