The "Gentleman's" guide to forum disruption

Food for some serious thought at the link below. Has anyone seen any evidence of this going on around here? Or am I just being a bit paranoid? Maybe because I've lived for amost 10 years in a country that was occupied by the Soviet Union, I'm wondering about the techniques long used and refined by intelligence services being subtly turned on us.
