Thanks Ron. Can't say it's good to know I'm not alone. I don't think any of us should have to deal with a problem like this after doing a simple update. Pentax has lost a customer. I found their customer service to be not at all helpful. They preferred to suggest I may have caused it instead of working with me to solve it. Basically they called me a liar.
