How good/bad actually is the Nikkor 24-120 f4 VR?

I honestly doubt it will sell at the asking TradeMe price, it's used after all. I know it's well under NZ retail but still...caution is highly recommended.

Call me a sceptic but when an expensive lens like Zeiss 21mm Distagon is described as 'in very good condition' that doesn't exactly instil much confidence, well, in my case anyway
