It appears the problem is fixed. When I started my computer and clicked on the Documents short cut, all appeared as it should. The suggestion you made yesterday apparently worked but I needed to restart the computer to see it.
What I find most interesting is that all the King's horses and all the King's men at Dell Tech Support couldn't figure this out over 2 days. It's a tribute to you, Jim C and all the others on this forum who take the time to help on issues we struggle with.
