What Settings for jpg conversions X-Pro 1

Because of the poor RAW support for this camera I know that many like myself are using jpg's and then using that as your "RAW" file.  I have been playing around with the highlight tone, Noise Reduction and Shadow tone settings with different film settings, but haven't hit upon the best combination.

So I'm wondering what others are doing.
