Panorama shots from Raptors Home Opener (NBA)

I was trying to get sharp focus on the customers I took to the game but to get the entire venue in one sweep as well. They are from India so it was a way to capture the spirit of a sold out NBA game for them. I think the focus points make the distant a bit fuzzy. Interestingly it would not complete the shots with a manual Nikon lens on. Had to put the kit lens on to get it to complete. Must use some sensors in the lens to detect progress of the sweep?

What is best way to post up Pano's?
