Hello,

I really liked this one:

Shot with the 9-18mm... I'm doing this exact trek in 12 months time and I might have to have a minor rethink on the lens selection. I'm actually considering getting the Samyang fisheye and doing some defish magic on the shots when I get back.

You mention not being able to focus on the stars with the 9-18mm. Wouldn't focus to infinity work? Go into the AF menu, swtich to MF and set Reset Lens to On. Then turn the camera off and on, the lens will be reset to infinity, and wont change focus when you go to expose.

I somehow didn't notice such a "Reset Lens" option. I will have to try it next time I have the chance. Are you using this yourself?
