Chinese tablet

I just bought a WOO pad-703 7" tablet, Android 4.0 I don't have WiFi where I live but I do have 3G. I have several 3G modems but I cannot get the table to recognize any of the USB modems. I read the instructions but can't get the tablet to recognize the modem and I can't find the moden in the Desktop or anywhere in the machine, any ideas? The instructions state that it will work with 3G?
