Cleaning salt deposits from D800 + which screwdrivers do you have?

ok. so i was at the beach recently and got splashed by a wave that hit the pier. some water got on my D800 and some water got insde the compartment where the built in flash is. there's not much salt there, but its around the small screws (if you pop open the flash, the ones on the bottom) and some in the corners which is pretty hard to clean out with a q-tip since the q-tip is larger than that.
so what i was thinking is maybe get smaller size q-tips at a radio shack or similar (if they have them) and unscrew the bottom screws with a small screwdriver to clean those out. now, i do have a precision screwdriver, but its pointy at the end and feels like i'm going to strip the screws. i'm sure there are some special sets specifically for dismantling cameras and lenses. can anyone recommend something like that?
thank you!
