Capture One Pro v7

I bought it 25 September and I get same msg:  No more uppdates. I have contacted them, they don't answer. I contacted technical support, his answer was, can not help, turn to selling department. I should say, poor customer service. I received first  email, I can uppdate 7.0 free. Now I have written to them again. js
