I just received my XE1 + 35/1.4 this morning. Very nice little camera!

I agree with pretty much everything you wrote. Hopefully, Fuji will be reading, and making the proper firmware upgrades to address these issues. Fuji seems to do a pretty good job of listening to its customers, even if Fuji initially went into a "denial" or "nothing wrong with that" mode when early adopters of the XPro1 like myself complained about the aperture blade chatter (or when folks complained about the circular blown highlights on the X10).

For me, the most important issue is not having an EVF/LCD that is WYSIWUG and a histogram that adjust correspondingly as I change the exposure, while in M mode.
