finally somebody aknowledged that this behaviour is weakness of D600, thumb up !

It's not a weakness.  It simply has a bias that you don't prefer as it will be fine in certain circumstances and not in others.  All exposure systems have some bias if there isn't completely uniform lighting.  That's why the photographer needs to intervene.  The other option is to let the camera make the decisions.
