Lens sharpness (Is it sharp?) and possible callibration

Hi all, I have shot at a lens allignment target and am not sure if i need micro adjustment or not, first 2 are of the 200-400, last is from 70-200

Finally had some 'decent' weather today so i could go out and make a few phots

i added some field shots with crops,

Camera used D800 , but most pictures are shot in the DX mode

Lens was a 200-400, all pictures hand held (except lens allignment shots)

All images imported into iphoto and then exported as JPEG, no sharpening or any changes applied ( so basicly raw-->jpg)

Any comments on sharpness are greatly appreciated, i would like to get the most out of my setup
