yes, but you have to check this in combination with the behavior of the noise reduction. we are talking about jpgs!

and therefore you should use it under conditions where you need it or you normally use it in practice.

such high iso you will use in very lowlight when you need faster times, but  if possible you would avoid it with mft and keep the iso below 3200, maybe 6400, check robin wong or mingtein for example.

but there is no reason to set iso 12800 with f8 and 1/200s in daylight, everybody whould prefer a more open aparture with lower iso and the same time if needed for fast moving objects.

you can' t realy judge how the high iso and the NR works when you compare it in bright light, thats the point, may be you get an idea, but this is not the best way to test it imho.
