Your posing is quite good, but lighting could use some work as others have mentioned. You should work on your balance of ambient and flash a little more to make the photos more natural. Your flash is sometimes cooler (color temp wise) than the sunlight, so gelling the flash would help there. Might need a larger light source to reduce harsh shadow -- certainly could be helped by increasing the mids in post production as well. If you're shooting outdoors, it's best to have your subject under shade do you can sculpt the lighting to your liking without having to worry about overpowering the sun. That's obviously not always possible, so sometimes you have to just make do. In some instances having direct sun gives you a specific lighting effect, but you seem to have a grasp on that.
Without seeing an entire range of shots for the wedding, it's hard to say if you're operating at a pro level. Your portraits are certainly above an amateur level, but you also have to be able to cover the ceremony and reception well. I also don't see much of the groom in your pics. The difficult part about wedding photography is making the entire day work and ensuring you get all of the required shots while managing a stressed out group of people. You have to start somewhere though and you do seem to at least have some solid portrait skills...can't tell anything else from the pics.
