Nikon D3200/Sigma 150-500 Telephoto lens.

Well, IN THEORY it is compatible.  It has a built-in motor, so it should focus.  Sometimes there are issues with 3rd party lenses, but I imagine that it will work fine.  Is there a place near you where you could try the two together?  Do you have one or the other now?
