300 f/4 AF-S and Olympus OM-D m4/3

Is there an adapter which will allow me to attach my Nikon 300 f/4 AF-S lens to my Olympus OM-D E-M5 camera body and still maintain auto-focus, metering, and allow the in-body image stabilization of the camera to work? (I'll cross post this to the M4/3 forum).
