i heard that the pentax k-30 is not for shooting sports action? is this true?

i love the specs of this dslr. but i heard from 1 review on youtube is that this camera does not do well shooting pics of sports actions. i love taking pics of almost everything. music events, indoor events, sports events, etc... should i still get this model or go back to the d5100?
