Help Needed - Nex-5n vs Nex-F3 or Lumix GF5 vs GX1

I want to start by appreciating any type of feedback given on my first purchase as a new photographer enthusiastic.

I am new into the digital camera world and I was told about the great forums in this website. I am looking for a digital camera that will allow me to take better pictures than a point a shoot for my upcoming trips and married life. I mostly want to take pictures of landscapes, family pictures, sports events and perhaps some portraits. I dont like the idea of a DSLR due to how bulky they are and i also prefer traveling lightweight. I have done some research and talked to some salesman about the new Mirrorless Cameras so I have decided between the following selections.

This is the caveat, i would like to have a built-in flash but i would reconsider if a view finder is more important or any other feature you might suggest.

I know the Nikon 1 V1 does not have a built-in flash but i was told about what a great camera it is.

Last, Any Beginners book you would suggest for someone new into photography?
