Capture One 7 and Canon 7D - still bad

Hi everyone!
I had expirienced problems with color rendition in "old" Capture One (version 6.x): the engine produced too vivid images, especially blue/cyan colors were unrealistic.
Now, Capture One 7 is ready for download. And what we see? Profiles for Canon 7D are still with the same issue: bluish colors are unrealistically vivid! PLUS default values of noise reduction are just extremely high (something like 50 on ISO 200), making detailes vanished and plastified!
Yes, I know, one can correct both issues manually. But why the hell I have to do it for each picture??? Do anyone know how to do your own profile for Capture One software? Have anyone found the same issues for other cameras?
