GX1 jpeg settings

What's the best set up? If you have a link to another thread that's done this before please post. All I found was one thread but it only had one person's jpeg set up. Here's the link.

Also, are the GX1 Jpegs sharp IYO? To me they seem a tiny bit soft or is it just my camera. If I sharpen them in post they seem fine so maybe I should adjust that in camera. Does anyone else have the same experience?
