How are you processing the raw file? If you use the Olympus Viewer 2 software, you should be able to get exactly the same jpeg as you'd get straight out of the camera. That's the great thing about processing raw files in Viewer 2: you can adjust camera settings after you take the shot, or leave them as they were set on the camera, and produce the same jpeg the camera would have produced.

If you want to use another program to process the images, I suggest opening the raw (.orf) file in Viewer 2 first, saving the processed image as a tiff file (to avoid compression distortion), and continuing processing the tiff in your other software.
