Can Someone Explain Differences Between X-E1 and X100, Both Technical And IQ

It won't take long for you to get to know whatever Fuji  camera ( X-E1 or the X100 ) you might choose  but have a look at the FUJI X10 before you decide to purchase anything .

I think the X100 is about to be replaced which depending on which way you look at it could be either an advantage or disadvantage - the X100 has room for improvement ( as all cameras do ) so it might be worth paying a premium and waiting for the upgrade .

The X10 is worth looking at as a great take everywhere camera that can be what you want it to be - i.e.fully Auto or totally  manual !
