How do you verify if the Carry Speed CPL Magfilter 42 mm you ordered from Amazon is the new one ?

Reading the forums there seems to be 2 versions of the carry speed filter .. The older one which had issues and the new one. I ordered one off Amazon. How do i know i have the right one .. The Carry speed site specifically says " New Carry Speed Magfilter 42 mm" and the amazon one just says Carry Speed Magfilter .. Can you help
