D300S with a Vivitar mirror lens 500mm f6.3 shot

quite good for mirror shots , they were all the rage a few years ago with all of the  big lens manufactureres making them ,but they dont quite match conventional lenses for quality ,though they offer great "reach" and obviousely have thier uses , all mirror lenses have the most horrendous bokeh ever seen , and in many cases the out of focus backround can spoil a picture . just about none of the lens makers currently make them , probably as mid to long zooms have become cheaper and do offer better quality .
