Refurbished D800 + 24-85 lens

Adorama and B&H is offering refurbished D800 for $2500 and Nikon 24-85 lens ($100 discounted) for $500. I am tempted. For the price of a new D800, I can get the combo. Do you think it will be a wise move?  Your comments will be greatly appreciated.
