Nikon 105mm Macro ...

On Nikon's site it is showing a VR option but I don't want VR, I suppose I could buy a pre VR used.

Are there AF non VR versions or just MF?

Does anyone have any sample images from this lens they could share here?

I am assuming that a 105mm macro lense will give me more standoff than for example a 60mm macro, is that the right way to think of it?
