5DMKIII and Focus Screen Change

Hello,

I have seen a thread or two about changing the focus screen on the 5DMKIII and wanted to ask how many or if any have changed the screen successfully?  If so, what brand?

I have the Canon 8x10 focus screen on my 5DMKII and could not work without it.  I know there is not an official screen from Canon but this is literally stopping me from wanting to upgrade.  I have called Canon to request the option of digital 8x10 lines but I am not holding my breath for a firmware fix.
