Must I be a professional...? (SX40)
Oct 26, 2012

Just bought a sx40. I had a sx30, but have for the last year been using a Kodak Z990.

I was happy with the uppgrade from sx30 to sx40, but I was really dissapointed with the indor pics, espessially with flash. I took at least 100 pics last night, spending two hours to get the right skintone and balance, using all the different settings I could think of. Then I took my "cheap" Kodak and instantly got the best result in auto mode with or without flash and with great skin tones...??

Is it just me that cant find a good setting quicker or does anyone else have any of these problems? What settings do you use?

Here is 2 pics. I wanted to get a cosy feel but with some flash.

Kodak z990. The first shot with this camera.

After half an hour...with sx40, but still not good. You should have seen the first ones...

Kodak EasyShare Z990 (EasyShare Max)
